High tide in Mumbai post noon: IMD
If high tide continues for a longer time then the low lying area will be completely submerged. However, government has made preparations to avoid so. Here are the visuals of high waves on the Mumbai's marine drive. IMD has released an advisory as well. BMC blames high tide for not being able to extract water from the city during heavy rainfall in Monsoon.
