Have UP police really solved the Sudeeksha Bhati death case?

By holding a press conference, Bulandshahr police claimed that the Sudeeksha Bhati death case was solved and two accused were arrested. The action was done after raids and observing CCTV footages.
But during the press conference, ironical statements were given by the police officials. On one hand, they claimed that eve-teasing did not happen on the day of the accident whereas, on the other, the police said that the bikers were seen riding near Sudeeksha's vehicle time and again.
