Hathras case: UP govt filed affidavit in SC without asking
On the Hathras case, the Supreme Court today asked 3 questions to the UP government. The court said that it wants to ensure the correct investigation of the case.
Solicitor General Tushar Mehta representing for the UP government said that he will file the answers to these questions in 2 days. After this, the court said that it will hear the case next week. The UP government had filed an affidavit before the hearing showing promptness.
