Has new COVID-19 strain reached India from Britain?

After the news of a new COVID strain found in the UK came out, the central government had created new standard operating procedures to prevent it from entering India. RT PCR tests began at the airports for the passengers coming from Britain. When the test report turns out to be positive, further testing and institutional quarantine are undertaken.
