Haryana Dy CM explains why liquor shops are functioning amid lockdown

Haryana Deputy Chief minister Dushyant Chautala is explaining why liquor shops are functioning in the state amid nationwide lockdown. He said if they will close the liquor shops then people who are regular consumers of alcohol will run towards rehabs and hospitals. 'We don't want to trouble our medical staff. If the decision of closing down these shops will be taken in today's meeting, we will implement it', said Chautala.
