Government puts ban on export of onion seeds

After the onion, the government has now stopped the export of onion seeds with immediate effect. In a notification issued by the Foreign Trade Directorate (DGFT) on Thursday, it has been said that onion seed exports have been put in the Prohibited category which was earlier in the Restricted category. The government has already banned the export of onions.
