Forensic team arrives at encounter site of Vikas Dubey

A forensic team has reached the encounter site on the outskirts of Kanpur where notorious criminal Vikas Dubey was gunned down in what police claim was a retaliatory fire. The forensic team has brought with it three cars and is planning to recreate the entire event as narrated by the cops who were transferring Vikas Dubey from Ujjain to Kanpur and check if their version holds up.
