Despite talks, China sets up an observation post in Galwan again

Despite agreeing on disengagement of forces in its talks with the Indian side, China seems to have no intention of honouring any commitment it makes to India. Within a day after the meeting, China has built and observation post in Galwan valley, the same region where violent clashes took place leading to death of 20 martyrs on the Indian side and multiple reported casualties on the Chinese side.
