Delhi shivers as minimum temperature touches 4 degree Celsius

The national capital is shivering these days as the minimum temperature has dipped down to 4 degrees celsius. Throughout the day the temperature remained at 3.5 degrees.

Due to the cold winds coming from the Himalayas side, the national capital is feeling the chill too. People were seen sitting with bonfires in order to keep themselves warm.

On the other hand, farmers are still protesting in such extreme weather.
