Delhi New CM Rekha Gupta: Pankaj Singh’s Big Statement on ‘Garbage Mountains’ Before Oath

The BJP has announced Rekha Gupta as Delhi’s new Chief Minister, with her oath-taking ceremony set to take place today at 12:35 PM at the historic Ramlila Maidan. Ahead of the event, BJP leader Pankaj Singh made a strong statement about the city’s garbage issues, highlighting the need for urgent action. His remarks signal that waste management and cleanliness could be a key focus under the new administration. The grand ceremony will be attended by Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Home Minister Amit Shah, and several NDA leaders. However, Uttar Pradesh CM Yogi Adityanath, Uttarakhand CM Pushkar Singh Dhami, and Gujarat CM Bhupendra Patel will miss the event due to ongoing budget sessions in their states. Rekha Gupta’s leadership is expected to bring new strategies for Delhi’s governance, with BJP aiming to strengthen its hold in the capital.
