Delhi govt vs MCD over Chhath pooja celebration | 7 Ka Punch
The Delhi High Court on Wednesday declined to entertain a plea challenging Delhi Government's order prohibiting Chhath Pooja at public places and ghats in view of Covid-19 pandemic.
The order was passed over a petition filed by Shri Durga Jan Seva Trust inter alia seeking permission to hold a gathering of 1,000 people for the pooja on November 20.
