Decoding PM Modi's speech to armed forces at Nimu post in Leh

PM Modi made a surprise visit to Nimu post in Ladakh where soldiers of Indian Army and ITBP are deployed. PM Modi not only inspected the preparation in the area but also gave a speech in which he praised the valour of Indian Armed forces and called out China for its expansionist policy. Former Indian diplomat Ashok Sajjanhar also explained the indirect message that PM Modi's visit sends to China, the nation and the rest of the world. Watch this discussion.
