Cyclone Nisarga: Can we be better prepared in future? | Ghanti Bajao

Cyclone Nisarga has passed the state of Maharashtra and for the most part, its effects have subsided. Till now 2 deaths have been reported in the state and none in Mumbai or Thane. This is a major relief for the people of Maharashtra who are already facing a huge crisis in the form of Coronavirus (Covid-19).

However, was it possible to be better prepared for a catastrophe like Nisarga? Can we do something to ensure that a cyclone is mitigated even before it makes landfall? Watch this report.
