Country-wide death report is compiled based on States' data: Lav Agarwal

Lav Agrawal, Joint Secretary, Health Ministry while addressing the media on Thursday talked about the issue over the difference in the number of COVID-19 deaths reported by the Delhi government and MCD.

"Country-wide death report compiled based on States' data. If states take a day or two more in conducting 'death audit' and change in numbers arises due to it, then, in the next 2-3 days numbers are accounted for," said Lav Agarwal.
