Coronavirus India Update: 39K new cases reported in last 24 hours

India recorded 39,796 new Covid-19 cases and 723 deaths on Monday. The number of active cases in the Capital dipped below the 1,000 mark for the first time this year with 993 active cases in the city. India's positivity rate stood at 2.61 percent.
