Congress hits at Modi govt post 'no death due to insufficient Oxygen' statement

The government of India said that no deaths were reported due to lack of Oxygen during the second wave of deadly Coronavirus. Post this statement in the parliament, Congress hit out against the Modi government and termed them as 'a government of deaf and dumb'
