Waiting for Central govt to declare community spread in Delhi: Satyendra Jain

Satyendra Jain made a clear reference to 'AIIMS director has said that community is spread. There are many people whose source is not known. Now the central government will agree only then. There are many such cases in Delhi, almost half of such cases are not known source. "We can say that (there is community spread) only when Centre admits it... Community spread is when there are cases in which source (of infection) cannot be ascertained... Almost half of our cases are like this," says Delhi Health Minister Satyendar Jain.
