Breach in dam over Kosi affects thousands; reparation begins

Due to heavy rainfall, a part of the dam over Kosi river was washed away. This is why the water gushed into many villages affecting thousands of lives. Right now, the dam is being repaired. ABP News was on ground zero to capture the present situation. Take a look at the report for more.
