Bihar: Stage collapses during Congress' rally in West Champaran

A stage collapsed in a rally oragnised by the Congress party in Bihar's West Champaran on Thursday. Many Congress leaders and party workers were present on the stage when the incident took place. The video of the mishap has now gone viral.

Elections in Bihar are being held in 3 phases this time.
