Bihar Polls 2020: Maskoor Usmani's stage falls
Mashkur Ahmed Usmani, a resident of Darbhanga, is known to protest against the Constitution Amendment Act 2019 and the National Citizenship Register. He was elected president of Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) Students Union in 2017.
The selection of Usmani by the Congress as the candidate from the Jale seat in the Bihar Assembly elections was considered controversial.
