Bihar CM Nitish Kumar congratulates newly elected Assembly Speaker Vijay Sinha

Bihar chief Minister, Nitish Kumar congratulated the newly elected speaker of the Bihar Assembly, Vijay Sinha. 

Session proceedings started on the third day of Bihar Legislative Assembly. At the beginning of the session, the first four remaining members were sworn in. After this, the process of election of the Speaker of the Legislative Assembly started. Protem speaker Jitan Ram Manjhi started the process for the election
