Bengaluru violence: SDPI leader Muzamil Pasha arrested
There was a ruckus on Tuesday night in Bengaluru, Karnataka. A Facebook post that was written by a close aide of Congress MLA Srinivas Murthy, became the centre of controversy. After that, a mob attacked the MLA's house, during which, arson and stone-pelting took place.
To control the situation, Section 144 has been imposed in Bengaluru, while curfew has been imposed in the area where the violence took place.
In this case, two leaders of SDPI including Muzamil Pasha have been arrested. The arrests were made after the organisation took responsibility for the act.
