AMU VC addresses PM Modi as visionary, says 'he hears everyone out'

Aligarh Muslim University (AMU) VC, Tariq Mansoor, welcomed Prime Minister Narendra Modi as he was supposed to speak to the faculty and pupils on the centenary celebrations of the university. He addressed him as a visionary leader with a will to hear everyone out and hence find solutions.
