Allahabad HC pulls up UP administration over Hathras case | Audio Bulletin (12.10.2020)

The family of the Hathras victim reached Lucknow around noon on Monday, almost two hours ahead of their hearing in the Allahabad High Court. 

The family of the Hathras victim had been summoned by the court to record statements. The court had taken suo moto cognizance of the incident on October 1.

During the hearing, the Allahabad High Court pulled up UP administration for setting the mortal remains of victim ablaze without parents' permission
