ABP Shakti Samman: 'I am cautiously bold', says commando trainer Dr Seema Rao
Dr. Seema Rao, India’s first women commando trainer has trained Special Forces of India for 18 years without any compensation. She went on to achieve a black belt in Taekwondo and Krav Maga, and 8th degree black belt in military martial arts. She said at ABP Shakti Samman, 'I have trained many commandos in past 20 years and faced fatal injuries. I decided to remain cautiously bold'.
