Drones take to skies in China to fight coronavirus outbreak

China has presses drones into service as the country looks to stem the spread of the coronavirus, which has infected more than 20,000 across the world's most populous nation. These drones hover above people, scan them and capture their thermal images and identify if that person is infected by the virus or not.

This is one of many examples of how China is scaling up controls and surveillance to battle the virus that has now reached various parts of the world.
