A few hours from now, India will mark the 75th anniversary of independence. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will unfurl the tricolor from the ramparts of the Red Fort. No one can disturb this Jashn-e-Azadi, so the whole of Delhi has been converted into a cantonment.
