Delhi: Case study over water crisis from Shakarpur and Laxminagar

People are troubled by contaminated water in Delhi. The water is also said to be carrying a bad odour. "Appealed to Arvind Kejriwal to not give us free water. Take money and give clean water," says a Delhi resident.
