CJI N.V. Ramana expresses concern over Ludhiana blast
Chief Justice of India N.V. Ramana expressed his concerns over Ludhiana Blast. He spoke over phone call with Chief Justice of Chandigarh High Court. The blast took place at Ludhiana District court complex in Punjab which led to the death of two persons and injured four persons.
