Rains in Tamil Nadu for the last few hours have affected Life. Due to heavy downpours, a RED ALERT has been issued in Chennai. While on the other hand, three lost their lives due to electrocution. At the same time, due to waterlogging, there has been a traffic jam causing problems for commuters.
