Al-Qaeda's key commander Amin-ul-Haq returns to Afghanistan after 40 years

Amin-ul-Haq, who was a top commander in the Al-Qaeda has returned to Afghanistan after 40 years. He was known to be Osama Bin Laden's security-in-charge.  This comes after Taliban had promised not to host al-Qaeda and other terrorist organisations on Afghan soil.  Watch the video to know more about the story.
