Agnipath Protest: Congress stages 'Satyagraha' against the scheme
Congress are protesting against the Agnipath scheme by going on a Satyagraha outside the Jantar Mantar. They appeal to the aspirants to not choose a violent mode of protest. Congress claims that the scheme hadn't been well thought out and was launched, hence why there are constant reforms being made.
Agnipath scheme was launched by the Ministry of Defence to encourage the youth to enrol in the Indian Armed Forces.
