AAP preparing for celebrations, office being decorated

As Aam Aadmi Party's victory has been predicted by all the exit polls, preparations for victory celebrations is already underway at AAP office. The office is being decorated with balloons as the party is gearing up for the big win.
The highest voting of 71.6 per cent was reported from the Ballimaran constituency, while the lowest turnout was in Delhi cantonment, which reported 45.4 per cent polling.
