ISIS leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, Killed In US raid, confirms Donald Trump

Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi, the leader of the jihadist group Islamic State (IS) and arguably the world's most wanted man, has been killed in a raid by US commandos in north-western Syria, US President Donald Trump official reveal in a press conference. Al-Baghdadi, who is described as the world's most wanted man, was officially designated by the US in October 2011 a "terrorist" and offered a $10 million reward for information leading to his capture or death. He emerged in 2010 as the leader of Al Qaeda in Iraq, one of the groups that merged with the Islamic State (IS), and rose to prominence during the attempted merger with al-Nusra Front in Syria .
