Ghanti Bajao: Locals risking life to extract coal from a Ramgarh coal mine

When government is done with mining a coal field it usually should be shut down but the picture depicts something else. The mine shown in the video is from Ramgarh and is being accused that govt used the mine but then did not close it. So locals risk life to extract caol from the same mine for their livelihood.
