Cong has been reduced to the status of 'vote-katwa' party: PM Modi

Prime Minister Narendra Modi today addressed a rally in Uttar Pradesh's Pratapgarh. Attacking Congress, PM said that Congress has admitted that it has been reduced to  'vote-katwa' party. This is the sign of Congress' downfall. 
Commenting on Priyanka Gandhi's presence at Samajwadi Party meeting in Raebareli, PM said, "Congress leader is now even sharing stage with SP."
