Tata Group is going to start a semiconductor plant worth crores, know the details
Tata group has started work on its semiconductor plant. In such a situation, the company has signed a 60-year lease agreement with the Assam government for the semiconductor plant. Let us tell you that this plant is going to be built in Jagiroad of Morigaon district. (Tata Group) is going to invest about Rs 27,000 crore on this plant. This is expected to create about 30,000 jobs in Assam. This plant is going to bring many big opportunities for the northeastern states including Assam. Tata Group's Board Member Ranjan Bandopadhyay and Assam Industrial Development Corporation (AIDC) Manager and Project Incharge Dheeraj Pegu signed this agreement at the Sub Registrar Office.
