After Swami Prasad Maurya, will more BJP MLAs resign? | Namaste Bharat (12 Jan 2022)

Bharatiya Janata Party's Dalit leader Swami Prasad Maurya has resigned from the post of cabinet minister in UP. Allegedly, Swami Prasad Maurya had sought ticket for his son ahead of the UP Elections but the saffron party refused to do so. Post this, Maurya resigned. While talking to ABP News, Maurya said that everybody would know his plans by January 14.

While answering question on accusation of seeking ticket for son, Swami Prasad Maurya said, "Khisayani billi khamba noche. Mayawati also used to make the same allegation. Whereas these people used to call forcibly and give tickets."
