Mumbai Woman Caught Abusing Elderly Taxi Driver, Threatening Him With Fake Harassment Case

A young woman in Mumbai was caught on video yelling and cussing at an elderly taxi driver over a luggage issue. The woman also threatened to file a molestation case against the driver.

In a viral video, a woman from Mumbai is seen shouting and cussing an elderly taxi driver over some mishap related to her luggage. The video, uploaded on social media handle X, shows that the taxi driver trying to stuff the bag of a woman through the taxi. This prompted the lady to become annoyed, and as a result, she began yelling at the driver.

A woman became furious with an elderly cab driver because he was placing her luggage through a slightly open front window glass.

In the one-minute video, the woman can be heard making derogatory statements against the taxi driver and threatening to charge him with molestation.

The woman is heard abusing the elderly driver, who remains calm throughout the conversation. The woman is also heard threatening the driver with legal cases.

"Chhed chhad ke case laga dungi tujhpe tab tujhe akal ayegi saman kaise rakhte hain (I will implicate you in harassment case then you will come to your senses)," the woman can be heard saying. After a while, the taxi driver walked off the scene uttering without a word.

As soon as the clip went viral, the netizens reacted to the video condemning the bheaviour of the woman.

A user wrote, "If there are any lawyers watching, Drag her through courts, let her know she can’t take advantage of the law like this. Did she grow up without parents?" 

Another user wrote, "Sorry to say but Indians have become quite frustrated and lack patience than earlier generations. Parents having lived a tough life bring up their kids with all luxuries without them know any suffering as such they become arrogant & intolerant over petty matters."

The next user mentioned, "Really sad to see this. I think every cab driver needs to install dashcam in the interiors as it is too risky in these cases. Especially that the new law clearly is one sided towards women."
