Artist Shares AI-Generated Pics Of Indian Freedom Fighters Taking Selfies

''If freedom fighters were Gen Z. They had to post selfies to remain valid on social media," commented one user on the post.

On the occasion of India’s 77th Independence Day on August 15, 2023, social media was replete with patriotic posts by internet users who also remembered the revolutionaries who gave their lives for the freedom of our country. Amid all the celebrations, an Artificial Intelligence artist Divyansh Soni created a set of portraits depicting how it would look if freedom fighters had smartphones and clicked their selfies.

The set of pictures shared by Divyansh on Instagram featured freedom fighters Mahatma Gandhi, Subhas Chandra Bose, Bhagat Singh, Rani Lakshmi Bai, Bal Gangadhar Tilak and Mangal Pandey.

''Found some rare unseen Pictures and Selfies of Indian Freedom Fighters. On the occasion of Independence Day, AI artist @divyansh.soni_ imagines how would it look if Indian Revolutionaries had gotten their pictures and selfies clicked.
