Microsoft has disclosed that the recent CrowdStrike-related incident impacted approximately 8.5 million Windows devices. This figure represents less than 1 per cent of Windows machines worldwide, according to a blog post authored by David Weston, Microsoft's vice president of enterprise and OS security.

This is the first time concrete data has been made public by either Microsoft or CrowdStrike regarding the scope of the disruption that occurred recently. The issue stemmed from an update to CrowdStrike's cybersecurity software, which triggered crashes on affected Windows systems. It's worth noting that Mac and Linux devices were not involved in this incident.

Early Access Pass On Realme Watch S2 AI-Powered Smartwatch

Ahead of the launch of Realme Watch S2, the company has introduced an exclusive pre-launch offer for prospective customers. By obtaining an early access R-Pass, they can secure a significant price reduction on the new smartwatch. This special offer grants buyers a Rs 700 discount when purchasing the device during a limited 48-hour window, from July 30-July 31.

Now, users can add Notes to Reels and posts in the app. Your followers can leave Notes through the messaging menu, offering a new way to interact with your friends' Reels and feed posts. This option works similarly for both types of posts. According to Social Media Today, these Notes are temporary and stay visible for three days. The report also mentions that only mutual followers can leave Notes on your Reels or posts.
