According to Lava, the company continues to prioritise exceptional post-purchase support for its customers. As part of this commitment, they have introduced a complimentary in-home service programme. This initiative enables Blaze X owners to receive on-site technical assistance at their residence during the product's warranty period, eliminating the need for inconvenient trips to service centres.
