Paytm Down: Users Unable To Log Into App, Website Due To 'Network Error'; Fix Underway

Paytm acknowledge the issue on Twitter, saying that “a few” users is facing an issue.

Paytm, the popular payments and financial services platform, is currently facing an outage as users are unable to log in to the app and website. Users are getting automatically logged out of the app and are unable to log back in as well. Paytm acknowledge the issue on Twitter, saying that “a few” users is facing an issue and a fix is underway “at the earliest.” 

As per online status tracker Downdetector, reports of outage spiked at around 9:58am. Paytm was quick to get on the case. It tweeted that due to “a network error across Paytm, a few of you might be facing an issue in logging into the Paytm Money App/Website.” It added that it is currently working on a fix and a resolution is expected “at the earliest.”

The issue appears to be fixed for some users already. ABP Live could independently verify that the Paym app was working fine at the time of writing for both Android and iOS users, as we were able to add funds to the Paytm wallet. It can be expected that the issue should be resolved for all uses soon. 

Users who were facing troubles with Paytm took to Twitter to express their frustration.
