Samsung on Wednesday introduced its latest offerings, the Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+, as part of its 'Fan Edition' device lineup. These tablets boast 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch LCD displays, featuring a 90Hz refresh rate and IP68 rating for dust and water resistance, deviating from the Dynamic AMOLED 2X screens seen in the regular Galaxy Tab S9 series. Accompanying these new devices is the all-new Samsung Galaxy S23 FE smartphone.

These products are set to launch in India today, coinciding with the commencement of the Amazon Great Indian Festival Sale, where prices will also be revealed.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE starts at EUR 529 (roughly Rs 46,090) for the base model with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of inbuilt storage. On the other hand, the Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ model, with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of storage, begins at EUR 699 (roughly Rs 60,900). Additionally, both tablets are available in cellular variants supporting 5G connectivity and are offered in Gray, Lavender, Mint, and Silver colour options.

Simultaneously, Samsung also unveiled the Galaxy Buds FE, priced at EUR 109 (roughly Rs 9,500), available in Graphite and White colour options, featuring active noise cancellation (ANC) among its notable features.

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S9 FE and Galaxy Tab S9 FE+ run on Android 13-based One UI 5.1. Their displays measure 10.9-inch and 12.4-inch WQXGA, both offering a 90Hz refresh rate. These tablets are powered by Samsung's Exynos 1380 chipset, with RAM options ranging from 6GB to 12GB and storage options from 128GB to 256GB, expandable up to 1TB via a MicroSD card slot.

Photography capabilities include an 8-megapixel rear camera setup for both tablets, with the Plus model incorporating an additional 8-megapixel ultra-wide-angle camera and a 12-megapixel front-facing camera for video calls. Connectivity features encompass Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. The Galaxy Tab S9 FE packs an 8,000mAh battery, while the Tab S9 FE+ houses a 10,000mAh battery, both supporting 45W charging.

The Samsung Galaxy Buds FE TWS earbuds echo the design of the previous Galaxy Buds Plus model with wing tips but stand out with the addition of ANC support. The earphones offer touch controls and seamless device switching. It holds an IPX2 rating for splash resistance, ensuring durability against light water splashes.

Samsung guarantees up to six hours of battery life with ANC enabled, extending to 21 hours, including the charging case. Additionally, the Samsung Galaxy Buds FE supports both SBC and AAC audio codecs, enhancing compatibility with both iOS and Android smartphones.
