Ever since the Chairman of Reliance Industry Mukesh Ambani announced the low-cost JioPhone Next, people have been waiting for its launch.

JioPhone Next: The price and some specifications of Reliance Jio's upcoming low-cost 4G smartphone has been leaked. Significantly, at the Reliance AGM, the company's owner Mukesh Ambani had made an announcement about JioPhone Next. 

When will the phone be launched? 

• Mukesh Ambani had said at the annual meeting of Reliance Industries Limited that JioPhone Next will be made available in the market from September 10 on the auspicious occasion of Ganesh Chaturthi this year. 

Price 

• JioPhone Next will be launched in India at a price of less than Rs 5000.
• Several media reports have also claimed that but JioPhone Next will be made available in the market for Rs 3,499.

Features of JioPhone Next 

• According to media reports, the JioPhone Next will have a 5.5-inch HD display, 2500mAh battery, 13-megapixel front camera, and an 8-megapixel front camera. 
• The handset can be provided with a Qualcomm QM215 processor and 2 GB or 3 GB RAM.
• The phone can have 16 GB or 32 GB inbuilt storage.
• The handset will have 4G VoLTE and dual-SIM support.

• JioPhone Next has been built by Reliance in partnership with Google.
• There are many features that have been customized specifically for JioPhone Next.
• JioPhone Next will have the latest Android and security updates.
• It will also have new features and customizations in addition to over-the-air updates.
