Apple iPhone 14 Series Launch Date Leaked For First Time: Here's Everything You Should Know

Apple might make an official announcement about the launch dates sometime in the second week of August, according to a famed leakster.

New Delhi: Unlike speculations, there will be no delay in the launch of the Apple iPhone 14 lineup and the upcoming series will be launched during Apple's fall event in September. According to a famed tipster, the launch date of the iPhone 14 line has been leaked. Unlike last year and 2020, when the launch of the iPhone 13 series and iPhone 12 series were delayed due to several reasons, this year's launch will not be postponed.

According to tipster LeaksApplePro hinted via iDrop News, the upcoming Apple iPhone 14 series would be held on September 13. However, there has been no official confirmation or indication from the Cupertino, California-headquartered tech giant about the launch event so far.

LeaksApplePro also mentioned that the iPhone maker would make an official announcement about the launch dates sometime in the second week of August, the media has reported.

No iPhone 14 mini variant this year?

Meanwhile, according to previous leaks and rumours, the tech giant may be doing away with the mini variant this year. As per leaked image of metal molds, only 6.1-inch and 6.7-inch sized iPhone 14 models may be incoming, thus, suggesting that the iPhone 13 mini was the last mini model in the iPhone lineup.

Also, famed Apple analyst Ming-Chi Kuo had earlier mentioned that the upcoming Apple iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max models are set to get more prominent and bigger camera bumps as the company is upgrading its wide camera to 48MP. As per the famed analyst, the camera bump on the iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro Max will see an increase by as much as 25 per cent-35 per cent and the height of 48MP's 7P lens will increase by 5 per cent-10 per cent.
