MP Cabinet Expansion: Ahead Of Assembly Polls, CM Shivraj Chouhan Inducts 3 New Ministers
Madhya Pradesh CM Shivraj Singh Chouhan has inducted three new ministers into his cabinet ahead of assembly polls slated to be held later this year.
MP Cabinet Expansion: Ahead of assembly elections in Madhya Pradesh later this year, Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan has inducted three new ministers in his cabinet. According to ANI, MLA from Balaghat constituency Gaurishankar Bisen, MLA from Rewa, Rajendra Shukla and MLA from Khargapur, Rahul Lodhi have been sworn in as ministers in the Madhya Pradesh cabinet in the presence of CM Chouhan and Governor Mangubhai Patel at the Raj Bhavan.
Gaurishankar Bisen comes from the OBC community and it is believed that he has a lot of influence in the Mahakaushal area. On the other hand, Rajendra Shukla is considered a big leader of Brahmins and has influence in the Vindhya region. Rahul Lodhi is the nephew of former CM and cabinet minister Uma Bharti.

Present Ministers In Madhya Pradesh Cabinet
Presently, the following ministers are there in the MP government:
Narottam Mishra, Gopal Bhargava, Tulsiram Silavat, Kunwar Vijay Shah, Jagdish Deora, Bisahulal Singh, Yashodhara Raje, Bhupendra Singh, Meena Singh Mandve, Kamal Patel, Govind Singh Rajput, Brijendra Pratap are currently cabinet ministers in Shivraj Singh Chouhan's government in MP. Singh, Vishwas Sarang, Prabhuram Chowdhary, Mahendra Singh Sisodia, Pradyuman Singh, Prem Singh Patel, Om Prakash Saklecha, Usha Thakur, Arvind Singh Bhadauria, Mohan Yadav, Hardeep Singh Dung and Rajvardhan Singh Premsingh Dattigaon.
Apart from this, the list of Ministers of State includes Bharat Singh Kushwaha, Inder Singh Parmar, Ramkhelavan Patel, Ram Kishore (Nano) Kanvre, Brijendra Singh Yadav, Suresh Dhakad and OPS Bhadauria. Including Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan, there are a total of 34 ministers in the state government, out of which seven are ministers of state.
