The Australian openers David Warner and Usman Khawaja walked out and Mohammad Amir had the new ball for Pakistan. Amir pitched one at the corridor of uncertainty beating Warner comprehensively. There was no appeal from men behind the stumps but Amir felt he had case there. The replays made it clear there was day light between bat and ball as Warner survived.
