A special victory song, appreciation for DK & Shahbaz, a happy captain & his confident troop - we bring to you all the reactions from the dressing room after RCB’s nail-biting win against RR, on Game Day.#PlayBold #IPL2022 #RCB #ನಮ್ಮRCB pic.twitter.com/R5ne8BCBsa
The lyrics of the song go like: "The pants are red, the shirt is blue, The golden line shinning through, We're RCB, we're playing bold, Go to the final, on our own, A finer kit you'll never see...
A finer team there'll never be, Those other teams don't bother me, From RCB, I'm proud to be, A finer kit you'll never see, A finer team there'll never be, Those other teams don't bother me, I'm proud to be from RCB, RCB, RCB, RCB."
In the video, we also see captain du Plessis talk about Dinesh Karthik and Shahbaz Ahmed's batting performances.
"I see a lot of similarities. Obviously, MS is probably the best finisher of the game but from what I've seen from DK this year is on that same level. I've played against DK for a long time and he has always been a very dangerous player but this side of him I'm seeing now, this composure, this clarity, that he just knows what he's going to do, that is a remarkable skill," he said.
Talking about Shahbaz Ahmed, Du Plessis said, "People think that since he is a small guy, he can't hit it long but he can smash it a long way."
