Indian wicket-keeper batter Sanju Samson's latest Instagram posts draws huge reaction on social media, as fans have linked the viral post to a new IPL move for the Rajsthan Royals' skipper.

IPL 2025 ended on a sour note for the inaugural champions, as they finished 9th in the points table.

Sanju Samson did not lead the side throughout the campaign, as the captaincy reigns was taken over by Riyan Parag for some of the matches.

The caption of the post read 'Time to move', which has led many fans to speculate that the RR skipper is joining 5-time champions Chennai Super Kings.

Sanju Samson was off to a blistering start in IPL 2025, as the 30-year-old scored a quickfire 66 off 37 balls, which though came in a losing cause, as Rajasthan Royals lost their opening match against Sunrisers Hyderabad.

Injuries marred his playing time, and the RR skipper went on to play only 8 more times for the side, and within those 8 innings, the right-handed batter scored merely 219 runs, as he ended the season with 285 runs in 9 innings, at an average of 31.67, and only one fifty to his name.

A player who was in tremendous form in late 2024, saw a huge slump in form, and if he is to manage yet another appearance in the T20 World Cup squad of India, Sanju Samson will need to up the ante to make a stromg case in front of the selectors.

The Kerala-based batter made adjustments for the side by selflessly sacrificing his batting position in order to promote the likes of Vaibhav Suryavanshi.
